These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of U Provod, an independently operated web-based event discovery and notification service.

1. About U Provod

U Provod is a service name and is not a separate legal entity.

U Provod indexes publicly announced events and can send optional email notifications based on artists or other subjects you follow, a selected location and travel radius. Ordinary use currently does not require a conventional user account or payment.

U Provod is not an event organiser, promoter, venue, ticket seller, ticket marketplace or travel provider, and is not a party to transactions between you and third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Using the service

You may browse U Provod and use its ordinary features for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use another person's email address without authorisation;
• use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful or abusive purposes;
• interfere with, damage, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, databases or restricted functionality;
• bypass security measures, rate limits or other technical controls;
• systematically scrape, harvest, reproduce or bulk-download substantial portions of the service or database without permission, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law; or
• use automated traffic in a way that materially impairs the service for others.

We may reasonably restrict abusive or harmful access where necessary to protect the service, users or infrastructure.

3. Follows and email notifications

A notification request may require confirmation through a link sent to the supplied email address. Until confirmation is completed, we may treat the request as unconfirmed.

Notification and management links should be treated as private. Anyone who obtains a valid management link may be able to change the associated follow preferences.

Notifications are a best-effort convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by spam filtering, third-party mail systems, network failures, delayed event information or other circumstances outside our control. You should not rely on U Provod notifications as the only way to learn about an event.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the management mechanism provided by the service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue notification features where reasonably necessary.

4. Event information

U Provod may obtain information from publicly available websites, organisers, venues, artists, promoters, ticketing providers, public feeds, submissions and other sources. Automated systems may be used to collect, organise, normalise, match, classify and deduplicate that information.

Event details can change without notice. Dates, times, performers, venues, prices, ticket availability and other details may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, changed, postponed or cancelled.

Verify important information with the organiser, venue or official ticket seller before purchasing tickets, travelling or making other arrangements.

5. Third-party services and purchases

Links to ticketing platforms, venues, organisers, artists, mapping services, social networks and other websites lead to independent third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, prices, refund rules and other conditions apply to your use of those services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, U Provod does not process ticket payments, issue tickets, determine ticket prices, process refunds or guarantee availability. Any transaction you make with a third party is between you and that third party.

6. Intellectual property

U Provod's original software, interface, design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Artist, venue and event names, logos, photographs, trademarks and other third-party material may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for informational and identification purposes and does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

If you believe material on U Provod infringes your copyright, trademark or other legal rights, contact contact@uprovod.com with enough information for us to investigate.

7. Availability and changes to the service

U Provod is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may add, change, restrict or remove features or data sources. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security issues, third-party outages, legal requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, U Provod is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service, event information or notifications will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to mandatory law and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of U Provod is not responsible for loss resulting solely from:

• incorrect, incomplete, outdated or changed third-party event information;
• an event being changed, postponed or cancelled;
• a notification being delayed, filtered, misdirected or not delivered;
• tickets being unavailable or changing price;
• acts or omissions of organisers, venues, artists, promoters or ticketing providers;
• third-party websites or services; or
• decisions to purchase tickets, travel, book accommodation or incur other expenses in reliance on third-party event information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the free U Provod service. Mandatory statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

Personal-information processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using U Provod at any time and unsubscribe from notifications. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, excessive automated traffic, technical requirements or legal obligations.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice for a material change, we will provide it.

13. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where possible.
